Case Story - First Time Carpet Cleaning for the Customer

We get new clients every day, but it has been a long time since we were called to provide carpet cleaning to a customer who had never received professional services before. Not that it makes any difference to our work, but it's rather rare. We also expected to see some dirty carpets and indeed the carpet floor at the client's house was full of stains. Mr. Wilson explained that he never thought of professional carpet cleaning until recently and when he started having some allergic reactions every time he walked into his home. A friend of his has recommended our company and now it was our turn to prove how worthwhile our carpet cleaning services are.

We got our equipment out of our truck since we have gone to Mr. Wilson's house ready for services like we do every time. The whole house floor was covered with carpets and so we had a long way ahead of us. We had to move fast but thankfully we work in teams and know what to do for effective stain removal and carpet decontamination. We work with great machinery and effective ecofriendly products. We can do our job faster and more efficiently and this is vital for the client. One of our main intentions – apart from cleaning well the carpets – is to purify the indoor air. We know by experience that air purification is good for the clients' health and in the case of Mr. Wilson, who already had some allergic symptoms, it was vital.

We did our job as we always do, and managed to complete it in a few hours. We were glad to see Mr. Wilson so happy. He took a look around and told us that he loved our carpet cleaning service so much that he wouldn't want to walk with his shoes on the carpet ever again. The truth is that the carpet looked great. It was free of any stains and seemed as good as new. When we take a minute to observe the results of our own work, we get really proud.

We don't only clean carpets but work hard to ensure our clients' health. That's important! Mr. Wilson was extremely happy and said that he never expected that professionals can do such a difference. He asked us about our other services and assured us that he will soon call again for sofa and tile cleaning. When clients promise to call back, they usually do and this is a sign that they are truly happy with our work. Nothing is better than ending our day with another happy customer.
